Entrance Exams

A large number of the children we teach come to us for help in preparing them to sit school entrance exams either at 7+, 8+, 9+, 10+ or 11+.

For 11+ preparation, we offer individual or group lessons in Maths/English which begin in the Autumn term of Year 5, and run for four terms.   Many children add a Reasoning group lesson, as reasoning is incorporated in many school entrance exams as well as those for the Grammar Schools.  The reasoning groups are usually timetabled to run immediately before or after the Maths/English groups. Younger children preparing for exams at 7+, 8+, 9+ and 10+ come for individual lessons.

We offer a series of mock exams for all exam takers.
